Go to the InventoryClub website and click the tab marked “Become a Merchant”
Enter your email address and press ‘Continue’
Enter your details your name, email address, company name, address and create a password. Confirm you are over the eligible age by clicking the check box and click “Sign Up”
You will receive a notification message of your activation code which is sent to your email
You need to verify your email address, click “Activate InventoryClub Account” to confirm activation of your account
You will receive a confirmation message that your account email has been verified. Enter your email and click ‘Continue’
Enter the password you created earlier and click ‘Login Now!’
You will get a welcome message with a short tutorial, click on the arrows to see the whole guide. Read the information carefully and once completed click ‘Skip’ to close the tutorial.
Each time you sign in, you will be directed to your Dashboard. Your dashboard will display this month’s revenue, total earnings, active proposals, active IFAS, total revenue and IFA performance.
At the top right corner of your account are two circular icons. The left icon is your account notification which notifies you of all your accounts activities.
The right icon is your account profile, which allows you to edit your profile image, manage your funds, access account settings, switch your account and logout of your account.
Click on the profile icon and select ‘Profile’ to access your profile page
Click the ‘Edit profile’ button to edit your personal profile.
You can edit personal information such as Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile phone, and Address. You can also add a profile image which will appear on all your associated accounts. Once completed, click ‘Save Changes’.
When you hover over ‘My Proposals’ tab at the top left of the page, you will see a list of a sub-headings which allow you to: submit a proposal, edit your proposal, see approved proposals, see financed proposals and see your proposal history. To create a proposal, click ‘Submit Proposal’ from the drop-down menu.
You will be directed to the ‘Products Catalog’ page where you can view all available proposals and choose which one to submit.
You can filter the options by selecting from the drop-down arrows labelled Category, Consumer Group, Colour or Size and press ‘Filter‘ to confirm your option.
When you see a product that interests you, click the ‘View Product’ button situated below the product image.
You will see an image slider of your selected product and a description below it. You will also be able to see all the available colours and size variations of your chosen product, and you can navigate the slider to see more images of the product. The ‘Key Numbers’ will give you a summary of the product proposal, once you are happy with the product and would like to submit a proposal, click ‘Create Proposal‘.
You will see the Product Details page, which shows you the complete description of the product, the type category it’s associated to and the consumer group.
Press ‘Next‘ to go to ‘Order Items‘ page where you can choose the desired quantity, colour and sizes you propose to sell.
You can delete any product you do not wish to propose by clicking on the red bin icon. Once you are happy with the details you provided, click ‘Next‘.
The Finance Detail page allows you to determine what profit you will retain and what profit the Member will receive once the product has been sold. You can select profit percentage from the drop-down list, view the cost of the product and what its resale price is.
It’s worth noting that the Member profit should not be too low as this might deter the Member from financing your proposal. Equally the Merchant profit should be reasonable and not too low, but this is totally at your discretion.
Once you are happy with your profit margin, click the ‘Calculate’ button, which will show you the total Merchant and Member profit values. Then click ‘Next’ to proceed with your proposal.
The Summary page gives you a description summary of your proposal before it’s finalised. If you want to make changes to your proposal, you can click on ‘Previous’ button to go back to earlier pages. If you are happy with your proposal, click ‘Submit’ to create your proposal.
Finally, you will see the Proposal Details page showing an overview of your proposal and with the status showing as ‘Approved’. You will also see ‘1’ active proposal next to your Merchant display image.
When you hover over ‘My Proposals’ tab at the top left of the page, you will see a list of a sub-headings, choose ‘Edit Proposal’ from the drop-down menu.
You will see your product image with two options, ‘View Proposal’ and ‘Edit’. Click edit to make changes to your proposal.
You will see the Product Details page, which shows you the complete description of the product, click ‘Next’ to proceed.
You will have the option to view all other product variation in Order Items page, you can edit the desired quantity, colour and sizes you propose to sell. Once you are happy with your changes click ‘Next’.
At the Finance Page you can adjust your desired profit you want to retain. Once you are happy with your profit margin, click the ‘Calculate’ button, which will show you the total Merchant and Member profit values. Then click ‘Next’ to proceed with your proposal.
The Summary page will display the description and finance changes to your proposal.
If you need to amend your proposal you can click ‘Previous‘. If you are happy with your proposal, click ‘Submit’ to create your proposal.
Click the tab marked ‘Leaderboard‘ at the top to view top performing Merchants and Members.
You can filter your search by choosing either Member or Merchant Leaderboard, search a name or select a specific level. After you choose options from the drop-down lists, click ‘Filter’.
To check the IventoryClub Financial Agreement (IFA) status, hover over My IFAs tab on the menu bar, you’ll see ‘IFA Portfolio’ and ‘IFA Product Sale’. Select IFA Portfolio to view all IFA’s.
Once a Member finances your proposal the Stock Status will appear as ‘Pending’ and IFA status ‘Active’.
Once the product is on Commwea, the Stock Status will change to ‘In Stock’ and IFA Status will appear as ‘Active’. Both Member and Merchant will be able to view the Stock Status and IFA Status.
When your proposal has been financed by the Member, it will be displayed on Commwea. When you click the ‘Visit CommWea’ tab on the main menu, the Commwea URL will open in a new window on your default web browser.
As a Merchant you have the option to become a Member should you wish to. You can do so by clicking on the ‘Switch’ icon from the top menu next to the search bar.
